Farm house with riding hall

The subject matter of my Master thesis is a project of an agricultural building with a riding-hall located in Dolný Kubin in the Slovak Republic. This construction comprises from three consecutive buildings. The first single-storey building is designed as a horse stable, the vertical load bearing structures are constructed from a monolithic iron-concrete, a steel truss is designed as the load-bearing roof element, the roof is a sloping aisle roof. The second building comprises of a double-storey operational building with a flat roof, the load-bearing and non-load bearing system consists of a ceramic masonry POROTHERM and monolithic iron-concrete ceilings. The third building is a riding hall, where the load-bearing system consists of steel columns and a gable truss. The strip footings and plain-concrete feet are designed as foundation structures. The project emphasises the layout plan, thermo-technical properties and safety in use.
Conversion of agricultural building

The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the reconstruction of former agricultural building into a sports center with accommodation. The existing building has two floors, the shape of elongated rectangle. The building has been standing extra suggest an object similar in appearance, the final plan will be L-shaped. The building is built in a quiet village Heroltice in Šumperk district, in the cadastral area Štíty - Heroltice. Accommodation is designed for 12 people, sports facilities for 20 persons. Access to the building and it is wheelchair accessible. Supporting structures are built of brick blocks filled with cotton wool, solid clay bricks and quarry stones. Based on the passport of plain concrete. The roof is pitched. The project includes a seminar work focused on the evaluation of the structures in terms of thermal technology and acoustics.
SEKT Winery Jan Petrák, Kobylí

The theme of the project is the design of Jan Petrák winery in Kobylí. Currently there is a family house with a backyard where is also situated an agricultural building for the production of sparkling wines. The house is semi-detached, connected to the neighbouring house by its southeastern wall/part. The establishment consists of two floors and no basement, it has a regular shape and is topped with a saddle roof. Its attributes correspond to those of the surrounding family houses. The color of the facade of the building is white and is combined with wooden slats that are used as a shield and ensure privacy. The agricultural building is designed as a low green-roofed building with photovoltaic panels. The establishment itself will be solved as a reconstruction using the existing walls. The aim was to make the courtyard as light as possible, while also creating a shelter that enables work in bad weather. There are three parking slots in the courtyard, one of which is parking space for the disabled. Further, there are hidden waste bins for sorted waste and an access to the garden and to the agricultural production facility. The construction of a family house with a wine cellar and wine tasting is divided into three functional units in terms of the layout solution: on a private, public, and operational/service unit. The public unit serves for the visiting customers as a place where they can taste and buy the sparkling wines. The public part of the family house is designed as barrier-free. The private part consists of a family home and an office. The operating unit consists of a technical room and a bonded warehouse. The customs warehouse is used to preserve finished wine sects without requiring immediate payment of customs debt.
Návrh nového využití bývalého teletníku v obci Purkarec

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of elaboration of a proposal for a new use of a former calfshed in the village of Purkarec. The work is divided into five parts. The first part of the thesis is literary research which is focused on the historical development of agricultural building, structural failures, remediation methods and the principles of subsidy programs. The second part of the thesis presents a description of the local investigation, a detailed investigation of the building and photo documentation of the current state. The third part of the thesis is a description of the original use of the building, layout, materials and structural solutions and a draft of safety, construction and remediation measures. The next part is a project proposal for a new use of the building which describes a detailed plan of the necessary construction modifications, a description of the new construction system, a description of the building and used materials, a layout proposal and operational solution. The last parts of the work is the verification of the compliance of the project with the zoning plan of the village, the calculation of construction costs and the elaboration of the draft subsidy program of the solved construction plan. The diploma thesis is supplemented by the elaboration of the construction drawings at the study level.

This diploma thesis deals with valuation of agricultural buildings by usual price and by observed price. Furthermore, an overview of basic concepts related to real estate valuation is elaborated. This thesis is mainly focused on the valuation of buildings and halls, which are most common type sof farm buildings. In the practical part is described and valut agricultural farm in detail. The usual price will be determined by comparison with simile type sof real estate. The observed price will be determined in cost manner based on latest Decree No. 188/2019 Coll.
Nové využití zemědělského objektu v obci Lazec

The bachelor thesis proposes new usage for the former agricultural property in the village of Lazec. In the first theoretical segment of the thesis I describe the historical development of cattle beefing, agriculture and the associated buildings which were used for cattle breeding. I present the principles of how to build in the CHKO Blanský Les and compare the advantages of both, reconstruction and new construction. I have also produced an overview of possible limitations and corrective methods. In the second segment of the thesis I evaluate the technical condition of the building and propose a new type of usage for it. Part of the work is the simplified written and photographic documentation of the building in its current state.

In this thesis is solved valuation of agricultural buildings using the usual price and established price. It is also prepared an overview of basic concepts relating to property valuation. This thesis is mainly focused on the valuation of buildings and halls, which are the most common type of agricultural buildings. In the practical part is described and awarded a specific object selected to agricultural use. Established price will be determined by cost method based on the latest valuation notice number 443/2016 Coll. Usual price will be determined by comparison with similar types of properties.
